ABOUT

John Radziewicz

John Radziewicz knows that behind every injury, there’s a story.

He believes in justice – not the abstract kind you read about in textbooks–the real, tangible justice that puts lives back together after they’ve been shattered by someone else’s negligence.

He’s seen firsthand how a sudden injury can turn a person’s world upside down, leaving them not just physically hurt but also lost in a maze of medical bills, uncaring insurance companies, and legal complexities.

That’s why he dedicated his career to fighting for those who’ve been wronged, ensuring they get the respect, care, and compensation they deserve.

While his path to becoming a champion for the injured wasn't always straightforward, his commitment to justice has been a constant.

When John started law school in New Orleans at Loyola University, he envisioned a future defending large corporations and insurance companies.

However, as he delved deeper into his studies, he realized his true passion lay in fighting for individuals, not powerful entities.

After graduating from law school, John faced a challenging job market. When a promising job offer fell through, he took a leap of faith and started his own law firm: Crescent City Law.

The early years were a struggle, with John taking on a diverse range of cases to build his practice and serve his community. But over time, he found himself drawn back to personal injury law again and again. These cases weren’t just about legal strategy – they were about helping real people navigate a difficult time and reclaim their lives after an unexpected injury.

He realized that this was where he could make the most tangible difference, fighting for those who had been harmed by the negligence of others and ensuring they received the justice they deserved. John’s practice focuses on those who have been injured through no fault of their own. He understands the challenges his clients face: the shock of the accident, the mounting medical bills, the frustrating interactions with insurance adjusters, and the uncertainty about the future. He’s here to guide them through every step of the process, from connecting them with trusted medical professionals to negotiating with insurance companies and, if necessary, pursuing litigation.

He finds immense satisfaction in seeing his clients emerge stronger on the other side, accessing critical medical treatment, securing financial stability, and regaining control after a traumatic event.

John’s commitment to justice is evident in every aspect of his practice. He approaches each case with compassion, determination, and a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face.

He believes that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves a chance to heal, recover, and move forward with their lives, and he's dedicated to making that belief a reality for each and every client.
